Adam Vanderwoerd
Adam is the owner of The Gibsons Butcher Inc., and a lifelong Sunshine Coast local with deep roots in the community. After many years as Head Butcher at Super Valu, he followed his passion and opened his own shop - a place where his love for quality food and fine meats truly shines.
From the moment you walk through the door, you’ll see Adam’s dedication in every detail - from the beautifully prepared cuts to the welcoming, knowledgeable service. He’s always happy to share cooking tips or recommend new ways to enjoy your favourite cuts.
Adam’s personal favourite? The flavourful and versatile Tri Tip. And while every product reflects his craftsmanship, customers can’t get enough of his house-smoked beef jerky - lovingly prepared by Adam himself and known to sell out within hours.
